An "all-knowing" narrator makes no judgments or evaluations in presenting his or her point of view. This narrator can actually tell everything about all the characters inner feelings, motivations and even aspirations.

i've heard this as "objective" omniscient but i'm not entirely sure that it'll be what the question wants
